There will be a final drill training this Friday, 30th July.
Please gather outside BB store by 1pm, in your PT kit.
Do take good care of yourselves these few days and sleep early, especially on Friday.
Also make an effort to prepare your uniform well and polish the necessary parts to tip-top condition, because the uniform inspection is worth 8 points out of 100.
Here's a reminder for all:
1. Burn or cut away all those strands of thread on your uniform and cap. The two "white lines" found on your cap should also be completely white!
2. Iron your uniform and haversack!
3. Ensure that your chevron is also not "hairy" and the badges are neatly arranged, 5 badges in 1 straight row.
4. Ensure that your haversack and lanyard is completely white.
5. Use a tooth pick to pick out "dried-up brasso" on the metal part of your belt.
6. Wear only black or dark blue socks.
7. Polish your boots and make sure that it is completely black, free from soil and dust.

I'm not comparing you guys to other companies, but I hope that these videos will serve as a motivation and will inspire you all to keep up your standards.
As we always say, we trust and know that you all are capable of doing it well and winning the championship shouldn't be a problem, provided all of you make an effort to avoid the mistakes we've pointed out.
There is no "I" in a team, and drill is all about teamwork.
When you're tired, always remember that your team mates are equally tired as well.
Don't let your fatigue take control over you, because every little action of yours will affect the entire contingent.
Don't let your team mates' efforts go down the drain, and don't make our disappointment and anger go in vain!
Coming together is a beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.
Let's do everything we can and leave the rest in God's hands. :)
