Fancy Drill is part of the recruitment project, it always bring the team together and do their best and perform Unity within them. We have put in lot and lot of effort just only for the 4min show on the performance day.
Since the start of the Fancy Drill practice, the boys from class E, F and G have been practicing hard for only the recruitment day, day after day, week after week with our sense of ownership of BB the haven been coming down for the practice. The training is very exhausting and strenuous but we never give up but to improve on our mistakes and carry on our practice.
Having pride in our CCA and put in what ever we have on the perform day which is the recruitment day. We are sure nervous, but just because of the new recruit in year 2008, we decided to perform in front of their friends’ teacher and also parent too. Together with the effort of the recruitment team we have put in lots of effort for this day.
Thanking Mr. Choong, Primier Jared and Primier Hing Rong together with the Ics John, Royston and Don performing their leadership quality by reminding the boys every night of the practice dates and also doing the planning with the Officer and Premiers. And not to forget the Fancy Drill team, Jonathan Bong, Jonathan Tan, Shi Hong, Leon, Jason, Teck Siang, Stanley Yin, Stanley Khor, Aloysius. Jian Zhong, Weiming, Sean, Jing Sian, Jia Cheng, Bryan Seah, Arnold, Yi Jie, and Beng Hian. Last but not least our recruitment Ics Jonathan Bong, myself and Emmanuel for their handworks and effort for the event.
In fancy drill we don’t only do the moves that we are ask for, we also have fun and laughter together and some of us also have jokes and we have a great time for this year Fancy drill pratice. In the other hand also do reflect on our performance and also lesson that we had went through.
Its really a blessing of God to bring us together and have this joy and laughter periods together not only learning the moves and joke together, but also lesson we learn as a boy and a leader.
